March 2013

As you can see, we got a baby lamb this past month. He came from another farm where his mother wasn't producing milk and we volunteered to raise him. It's another few weeks until our ewes give birth, so we're enjoying having him around as the first real sign of spring. The ground around the farm is still covered with snow and despite having seeded some onions and lettuce in the greenhouse, we're waiting and waiting for the season to begin.

March Markets

We will have our final CSA distribution at Eastleigh Farm in Framingham on Friday, March 8th from 2-6pm. The on farm CSA pick up in Sunday, March 10th from 12-6pm.

This will be our last distribution at Eastleigh Farm for the foreseeable future, so stock up now! We have goat, pork and eggs. Let us know if you're interested in something specific and we'll set it aside for you.

Looking Ahead to April

There is not much going on in terms of markets for the spring. We are, as always, available by appointment here at the farm if you're interested in picking up anything. We love visitors so if you're missing your monthly CSA pickup or just want to stop by and see the piglets and lambs, let us know!
